Refund policy

Every Fera plan is set up with you on WhatsApp, and you see your exact price before you pay anything.

Once a plan has started, payments are not refunded. Instead, monthly plans let you carry days forward.

You can pause any day. Tell us on WhatsApp by 9 PM the night before.
Paused days carry forward and can be used within 30 days after your plan's last day.
Days that are not paused in time are prepared and delivered as scheduled.

Weekly plans cannot be paused and unused days do not carry forward.

If a meal is missing, late or not what you ordered, message us the same day on +91 85912 40295. We will replace the meal or add a day to your plan.

Tell us about any allergy before your plan starts. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, egg, sesame and seafood, so traces are possible.
